Owing to an unexpected and highly unusual failure/reboot of one of the pve’s this morning, our phone system was offline from approximately 10:15am through to 10:40am
Anyone attempting to call during this timeframe would have experienced problems getting through. We are investigating ways of diverting to a failover number in the event of similar (although highly unusual) failures in the future.
