Engineers are investigating issues with the Zimbra server proxies which are causing intermittent issues for some users.

A server in the cluster had become unwell following an automated update overnight. Engineers have found and addressed the problem and remedial work has been undertaken to try to ensure this does not happen again.
All services are now restored following this emergency maintenance. Apologies for any inconvenience caused
